Lay-by terms

Lay-by is available on bags currently listed on the Rae & Rue Leather Co. website, subject to availability. Contact Milly to arrange it.

• The total lay-by amount includes the bag and postage. I’ll confirm the total before the agreement begins.

• Pay 25% upfront, followed by three equal payments every two weeks. The four payments are due over six weeks.

• There is no interest or administration fee. You can pay the balance sooner if you wish.

• I’ll reserve the bag once we’ve agreed to the payment schedule in writing and the first payment has been received.

• The bag will be posted once the full amount has been paid.

• You can cancel by contacting me. I’ll refund all payments made, with no cancellation fee.

• If a payment is late, I’ll contact you. If it remains unpaid seven days after its due date and we haven’t agreed to a revised schedule in writing, I may cancel the lay-by after notifying you. I’ll refund all payments made.

Written agreement

Before the first payment, I’ll send you a written agreement showing the bag, total price including postage, each payment amount and due date, and the cancellation terms above. You’ll receive a copy for your records.
