The Murrurundi is crafted from warm cognac leather with a relaxed, softly structured shape and layers of long hand-cut fringe falling from the base and sides. Hand-tooled detailing runs throughout the piece, with the original Rae & Rue maker’s mark worked into the front.
The strap is a feature in itself, with a wide hand-tooled shoulder section and an adjustable leather strap finished with ornate engraved silver-toned hardware. Silver-toned rivets continue across the front of the bag, while a removable leather tassel adds another layer of movement.
Inside, the bag remains beautifully raw, with the warm suede side of the leather exposed and a separate internal compartment for everyday essentials.
